Hi! My name is Jeremiah Hales and I am a golf nut! I am a Physical Therapist and I have specialized in working with golfers for over a decade. My mission is to keep people playing the game and having fun! What better way to do it than sharing some of my favorite exercises for healing injuries and for improving fitness! Third, let’s see how well you can control your body through golf specific movement patterns….oh boy!
